HUSS ROUTINE

Please help me, I'm desperate. I'm 5'5 and almost 16 years old and i tried MENS routine for 8 months. I've gained 1,5 cm, but i think that is just my normal grow. I heard something about more advanced routine than MENS, they called it HUSS routine and they said it's yours. Can you please send me how this routine works? Please, i will be very grateful!!
